He has many years of experience in the field of IT service delivery in Credit Agricole Bank Polska S.A. He has been dealing with IT management for 18 years. He is a co-creator of an innovative IT service monitoring system, and a laureate of the Support Leader 2008 competition in the Personality of the Year category. Currently, he manages the IT Operational Security Team.

Kirk Ball joined Giant Eagle, Inc. in June 2020. Kirk and his Teammates have responsibility for delivering all Information Technology solutions for the Giant Eagle enterprise. Giant Eagle is a regional grocery retailer with ~570 locations including supermarkets and convenience stores.
Prior to joining Giant Eagle, Mr. Ball served as the VP and Chief Information Officer for The Christ Hospital Health Network (TCHHN). TCHHN is a $3B clinically integrated Healthcare Network with 2 Hospitals, 6 Ambulatory Surgery Centers and 150 other locations in the Southwest Ohio region. Significant accomplishments are implementing Disaster Recovery solutions, development of Cloud strategy, development / implementation of Analytics strategy, development / implementation of Digital Customer Strategy and development / implementation of Technology Group organizational and technology strategy.
Prior to his arrival at TCHHN, Mr. Ball served as the Chief Technology Officer for The Kroger Company. While at Kroger, Mr. Ball was a key participant in the development of the company’s emerging Digital Customer Strategy, led the organization responsible for delivery of enterprise technology solutions serving over 3,000 locations across the U.S., and Mr. Ball served as the Chief Operating Officer of Sunrise Technology (wholly owned subsidiary of The Kroger Company). While at Kroger Mr. Ball also co-led the acquisitions of You Technology, Inc. and Vitacost.
In addition, Mr. Ball has held Sr. Technology Leadership positions at The Iams Company, Honda of America Mfg., The Berry Company and Emro Marketing.
Mr. Ball has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting / Finance and an Associates degree in Systems Analysis and Design from Miami University.

Piotr Gromowski has been associated with the insurance industry for 17 years. From the beginning of his career, he has been working on process improvements in the company. Currently, he is a Process Manager and responsible for a process management methodology. Paweł Jakubik

In January 2018, Paweł Jakubik was appointed Cloud & Digital Transformation Lead and a board member at Microsoft in Poland. Prior to that, he ran the Enterprise Services Department for 4 years. Together with the team, he was responsible for advisory, implementation and maintenance services for the largest clients in public, banking and insurance, energy as well as industrial, manufacturing and distribution sectors. He also ran the Department of Banking and Insurance at Microsoft Enterprise providing services to the largest Polish banks and insurance companies.

His over twenty-year experience is marked with two periods: business and technology. During the first thirteen years of his professional career Pawel created and managed sales networks, training and marketing departments in the financial sector. In Gerling Poland Life he was a Sales Director. In Zurich TUnŻ he was responsible for the corporate client segment. He was also a board member of Inter Polska accountable for sales, marketing and training.

After moving from business to IT, Pawel became head of sales and marketing at Software AG in 2005-2009. During the merger with webMethods his scope of responsibility covered business processes and middle ware.

Grzegorz Bartler

For over 20 years he has been mastering BI as a supplier of solutions to the public sector (NBP), the banking sector (Bank Handlowy), the insurance sector (PZU), the energy and telecommunications sectors (Play, Telekomunikacja Polska, PTK Centertel, Dialog, Polska Telefonia Cyfrowa) and to Polkomtel. He was dealing with a broad range of BI-based solutions – data warehouses, reporting systems and MIS, analytical CRM systems (among others implementing one of Poland’s first churn management support solutions), marketing campaign management systems and other solutions utilising the information embedded in data. At one of the BI suppliers, he was in charge of developing the analytical CRM area for customers in Poland and worldwide. Currently he has been working “for the opposite side” – at Polkomtel, making sure that the BI solutions are effectively supporting the execution of corporate strategies and achievement of business goals. Since December 2014, he has also been responsible for the Business Intelligence area at Cyfrowy Polsat and since 2018 Grzegorz has taken up duties as Chief Technology Officer in Netia.

I worked as consultant in the automation and migration area for customers like Vodafone, Telekom and Postbank.

I live and work in Switzerland/Liechtenstein since 2002. For more than a decade I was in the technical lead to define and implement worldwide standards for the production data management at thyssenkrupp.

Years before “Industry 4.0” became famous, we already collected automatically and in real time the machine, process and quality data from thousands of machines all over the world and provided them to central data pools.

Beginning from the concept, passing the development to the implementation and operation, all solutions were individual products. Because there are no standard solutions for the industry available in the industrial sector.

In 2018 I was hired to manage the WLA operation at the Raiffeisen Schweiz. To improve and increase our services and service quality, we are continuously watching the market for WLA solutions.
